Florida Holiday Rentals are proud to offer the beautiful Harvest & Season’s homes at Compass Bay the dream location for the perfect Orlando holiday! Getting to Compass Bay is easy it is just 14 miles from Orlando International airport. Located just off US highway 192 between marker 10 & 11 on Ponciania Boulevard the location is just fantastic, you are only a few minutes walk from some great restaurants & only a few minutes drive from the major Disney attractions. Seaworld, Discovery Cove, Aquatica are all only 6 miles away while the Universal parks are no more than 12 miles away.
Once you are at the community you will find it very peaceful for such a prominent location, located on the site are 2 children’s play areas as well as a lovely communal swimming pool.
Our two homes on Compass Bay are located opposite each other making them ideal for larger parties as well as small families.Both the Season’s & Harvest home are packed with everything you could possible need and more tale a look at each home individually then make a choice and get in touch with us we can work to accommodate all of you holiday needs.

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. It is in a great location with an excellent communal heated pool. We would have preferred a rear terrace area however there was plenty of sun and shaded seating around the pool just a few minutes away. The property has great facilities and would would certainly return to this location again. Excellent communication from Simon throughout – thank you.
We were a group of 4 golfers who stayed here for 5 nights. Found everything to be quite up to mark. The beds were firm though pillows could be alot firmer, bathrooms were clean and the entire home was homely. Code entry made things easier for all. Looking forward to another occasion to vacation at this property well situated a very short distance from restaurants etc.
WOW! This home had it all! From the fully stocked kitchen, to the ample supplies of beach toys, pool towels, and kid items, it was by far the best vacation home that we have stayed in, in Kissimmee.
I loved that all of the bedrooms were located on the same floor. The appliances were great and were not loud, meaning we could run them while sleeping and not disturb anyone.
I would stay here, again and again.
We stayed here for 4 nights as our first stop on our trip! We were so impressed with everything! Easy to get to, very well equipped, fantastic pool & playground – walkable (about 10mins) to Walmart & restaurants! Would definitely stay again!
