Located just off US highway 192 between marker 10 & 11 on Ponciania Boulevard the location is just fantastic, you are only a few minutes walk from some great restaurants & only a few minutes drive from the major Disney attractions. Seaworld, Discovery Cove, Aquatica are all only 6 miles away while the Universal parks are no more than 12 miles away.
Getting to Compass Bay is easy it is just 14 miles from Orlando International airport.
Once you are at the community you will find it very peaceful for such a prominent location, located on the site are 2 children's play areas as well as a lovely communal swimming pool.
My 2 homes on Compass Bay are located opposite each other making them ideal for larger parties as well as small families.
